PREPARING FOR RhinAer TREATMENT
In your initial consultation appointment with Dr. Kuperan, he will discuss your symptoms and your medical history and examine your nose to determine if you are a candidate for RhinAer. You will be able to ask any questions and if RhinAer is right for you, Dr. Kuperan will provide pre-procedure instructions.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING TREATMENT
Dr. Kuperan will use a local anesthetic to numb the inside of your nose. He will then use an endoscope to apply the specialized RhinAer cooling device to your nasal lining. You may feel a cooling sensation or a slight pressure.
RhinAer RECOVERY AND RESULTS
Most patients do not require any recovery time away from work or school. Immediately following your treatment, you may experience increased congestion, which is temporary. You can typically expect to see a significant improvement in symptoms several weeks after treatment.
